Founded by Berk Hendricks, the RA Group aims to spotlight underrepresented talent, advocate to be in spaces of cultural change and at the forefront of creative collaboration. One thing Hendricks noticed while navigating the industry was a lack of representation in spaces, and he desired to see and hear from varied voices, women and POC artists.

His background and degree in music, initiated a story similar to many others; entering the music industry and being met with institutional barriers and a lack of access while pursuing his passion to create music. In response, he carved a path and built a career through alternative industries, gaining experience in corporate spaces, leading to a position of chair of the board for a live music non-profit and subsequent roles in artist relations, community partnerships, as well as booking agency work.

All this helped him to revisit music with a refined lens and goals that have manifested into Repertoire Artist Group.

Repertoire Artists is a pioneering booking agency committed to elevating independent artists. Our mission is to provide artists a seat at the table and champion POC and underserved communities. Through consulting, programming and event curation; with an international network, we book our artists for: festivals, as support for touring, headlining shows, streaming/radio sets, brand activations, and more. We work with our roster of talent to develop strategic partnerships and opportunities, in order for them to spread their sound and stories to new audiences. We work with corporate clients to curate cultural impact moments through activations, where our artists are integrated to facilitate a one-of-a-kind sonic experience.
